SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Domestic orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. International orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. Expect both domestic and international orders to take 2 to seven business days to process and ship.
KHKMY shipments require a signature, at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes in countries outside the United States. Please make sure you know the custom fees for your country before ordering.

All costs associated with the return of wine or other products to KHKMY due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the customer. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the appropriate third party transit carrier (UPS or FedEx.)

Shipping charges include costs for third party transit and all product-handling costs. Orders are processed following credit card authorization and are shipped weather permitting. We will not release wine for shipment during weather extremes. Instead the shipment will be held until conditions are suitable for the transit of wine.
Shipping Addresses - A street address is required for all shipments. We cannot ship to: P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hospitals, Military Bases, Colleges, Cruise Ships and Hotels.

Errors and Omissions - We are not responsible for typographical errors of any kind. We reserve the right to adjust listed prices at our discretion, without prior notice. The listing of a price for any products on this Web site is not an offer to sell that product but rather is a solicitation for an offer from you, the consumer, to purchase that particular product. A contract regarding that particular product is not formed until the KHKMY accepts your offer to purchase same.

Shipping Rates and Methods - Exact shipping rates for your entire order will be shown to you in the shopping cart prior to checkout. Certain states have restrictions on the quantity of bottles that can be ordered. We strictly adhere to the state liquor authority laws. We will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled due to a restriction. If for any reason there are delays longer than this, we will notify you immediately via email.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS:
Once an order has been placed online, KHKMY will send an order confirmation via email to the email address associated with your membership account. When the order has been processed and shipped a second email will be sent with order tracking information to the email address associated with the shipping address.
